Member accounts are personal. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and notify us if you become aware of unauthorised use. Account access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, content or the service.

Unless stated otherwise, the site text, course descriptions, artwork, NIYTI name and logo are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, republished, sold, recorded or distributed except where law permits or written permission has been given.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website, while handling paid access in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and statutory rights. External links are provided for convenience; their content and availability remain the responsibility of their operators.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Paid digital content has a separate checkout agreement explaining the seller, access period, cancellation position, refunds and legal limits of liability.
