Privacy Notice
This notice covers the NIYTI Foundation website, member accounts, learning records, correspondence and requested updates.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Who is responsible
NIYTI Foundation is the public name used for this work. Neocabot Ltd, company number 16661150, provides the website and data administration and is the data controller for information submitted through the site, member accounts and learning records.
NIYTI Ltd operates the Foundation but does not maintain a separate customer database for this platform. Paid-product pages separately identify Neocabot Ltd as the legal seller and explain the additional commercial information used for orders and payments.
Information we handle
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, subject, message and any information you choose to include. If you join The NIYTI Letter, we receive your email address, consent date and the source of the registration.
If you create an account, we handle your account identifier, name, email address, preferred language, timezone, authentication and security records, course access, lesson progress, bookmarks and private notes you choose to save. Purchase information is covered in the Purchase Privacy Notice.
Please do not send medical records, crisis information or other highly sensitive personal information through the general contact address.
Purpose and retention
Correspondence is used to respond to the enquiry, manage a requested relationship and protect the security and lawful operation of the Foundation. Newsletter information is used to send requested NIYTI updates and to maintain suppression records when someone unsubscribes.
Messages and account records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, service security and the resolution of any dispute. Account deletion requests are reviewed promptly, while records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes may be kept for the applicable period.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database and private-content infrastructure. Vercel provides website hosting and server functions. Stripe processes payment information when paid access is enabled. Relevant email and security providers may process limited information needed to deliver messages and protect the service.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The right that applies depends on the purpose and lawful basis for the processing.
